Fragmentation is a combination of abstract and realistic imagery. It is the patching of independent geometrical windows which in the end create a harmonious figurative continuum. Unlike Cubism,
Fragmentation breaks down the image without rearranging it; instead, it attempts to capture emotion and convey messages through expression, texture, light and shade.

I navigate between Total and Partial Fragmentation depending on the subject matter and the desired effect. In Total Fragmentation, windows are contiguously distributed throughout the entire
painting. In Partial Fragmentation, a few windows are strategically placed to breakdown the pattern of traditional painting.
